Shipping Policy for Zoryty

  1. Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

  2. Delivery Times
    Delivery times are 7 to 14 business days from the shipping date.
    Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

  3. Delivery Areas and Shipping Costs
    We deliver to mainland France.
    Shipping is free on all orders.

  4. Tracking and Receipt
    Once the package has been shipped, you can track the delivery via the link in the tracking email.
    Please ensure to provide a complete and accessible delivery address (name, number, street, postal code, city).

  5. Delays and Exceptional Cases
    In case of delays (strike, bad weather, peak season), delivery times may be slightly longer.
    Please wait up to 3 extra business days before contacting us for follow-up.

  6. Damaged or Lost Package
    Upon receipt, check the packaging: if damaged, you may refuse to accept it or note reservations on the carrier’s receipt.
    If the package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
