Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items, such as personalized or hygienic products (e.g., underwear, personal care items), are non-returnable.

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the item if damaged

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong product sent, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact your bank or reach out to us for further assistance.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

 

Missing Orders

If your order appears lost or has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
